Learn moreTontitown, Arkansas · Northwest Arkansas
Tontitown sits just west of Springdale on the northwest side of the metro -- a town with a genuinely unique founding story that has, in the last five years, become the fastest-growing community in the region.

Tontitown was founded in 1898 by Italian immigrant families led by Father Pietro Bandini, and formally incorporated in 1909. That heritage is still celebrated every year at the Tontitown Grape Festival, held continuously since 1898 -- one of the longest-running community festivals in the state. The town's growth in recent years has been extraordinary: the 2025 population estimate stands at roughly 8,046, nearly double the 4,301 counted at the 2020 Census, making Tontitown the fastest-growing municipality in Northwest Arkansas. Washington County's real storm history reaches Tontitown too -- the December 31, 2010 EF3 tornado that tracked through northeast Washington County during that year's New Year's Eve outbreak caused documented damage in the area northwest of Tontitown, a reminder that a storm-debris plan is worth having even in a fast-growing town.
With population nearly doubling in five years, new-home construction is the defining story in Tontitown right now, which keeps our Construction Dumpster Rental and Roll-Off Dumpster Rental crews especially busy here, alongside Residential Dumpster Rental for the town's older, established homes.

Why Ferdy Bros
Same reasons homeowners and contractors across Fayetteville and Washington County call us for every job.
You reach a real Fayetteville team, not a national dispatch queue. The person who answers knows which Washington County streets a loaded roll-off can actually turn onto and which local rules apply that day.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup and a stated tonnage allowance rolled into a single number. If something would push you over, we tell you before the truck ever leaves the yard.
Call early and most Fayetteville and Washington County orders go out the same or next day. Live jobsite swap-outs get priority over everything else on the schedule.
Owner & Founder Bill Sorensen and the Ferdy Bros Dumpster Rental Fayetteville team coordinate every delivery out of our 2759 S Armstrong Ave yard — not a national dispatch desk. We know which Washington County roads a loaded roll-off can actually reach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. We will talk you into the smaller can if that is the honest answer for your job.
Metals, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet and clean concrete all get routed for recovery instead of buried wherever's easiest — we will tell you what has to come out of the box before it ever reaches the scale.

Same-day is realistic on most weekday calls -- Tontitown sits just west of Springdale on the northwest side of the metro, a normal part of our route.
Yes -- new-home construction is a steady, growing part of our week in Tontitown given how quickly the town is building out. Tell us your project's phases and we'll plan swap-outs around the build rather than waiting on a call at each stage.
On your own driveway or lot, generally no. Tontitown is its own incorporated city, separate from both Springdale and Fayetteville -- a container in a public street or right-of-way is a question for the town rather than something we can confirm on your behalf.
